We will work with Base housing to assure all requirements are met and you are ready for inspection. Includes: All rooms, bathrooms surfaces, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, inside and out of appliances, inside of cabinets and drawers, laundry room, behind/under the washer and dryer, windows ( reachable areas ) and balcony. Your house must be empty (including drawers and cabinets).

Our 1-2 day move out cleaning will have you ready to go for your final cleaning inspection.
