Housekeeper duties include but are not limited to: Driving to and from private residence in our service area on and off base (access not required), thorough cleaning of customer homes, demonstrating attention to detail, providing excellent customer service, maintaining issued supplies and equipment, displaying motivation and energy, working well as a member of a team and/or unsupervised, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Manager duties include but are not limited to: maintaining accurate and effective scheduling for customers and staff, supervise/assist/train 5 Star Housekeeping staff, manage timesheets and payroll, monitor and reply to messages/emails/phone calls while providing excellent customer service, inventory management, advertisement and social media management, signing staff onto base as needed (not required), other administrative duties.
